Everything you need to use Trevon. Can't find the answer? Open a ticket.

Getting started

  • Create an account and verify your email.
  • Grab your 50 free credits (new accounts).
  • Create an API key under Dashboard → API & Documentation.
  • Run a Single Data Check or upload a CSV to bulk-enrich.

Adding or using API keys

Keys are shown once at creation and stored hashed on our side. Rotate anytime by revoking and creating a new key. Rate limit defaults to 10 requests/sec per key (admin-configurable).

Performing a Single Data Check

Pick an identifier (email, mobile with country code, LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter URL), paste a value, choose the fields you want, click Check Data. You're charged 1 credit when an email is returned and 4 credits when a mobile number is returned; all other fields are free (N/A when unavailable). Not found = free.

Uploading CSV / XLSX

  • Supported formats: CSV, XLSX. Max 50 MB / 200,000 rows.
  • Pick the identifier type and the column that contains it.
  • Credits are deducted only for emails (1 credit) and mobile numbers (4 credits) actually returned; all other fields are free (N/A when unavailable); retries don't double-charge.

The 39 output fields

Here is the full schema. Fields unavailable in a matched record come back as null in API responses and as N/A in CSV / XLSX exports.

Matched vs unmatched records

A match returns data from one person's record. Partial matches may have some fields null. Unmatched inputs return no_match with no credit charge. Invalid inputs return 400.

Pay-as-you-go pricing

Upload identifiers → we show the exact match count and the real price → you authorize the payment → we release the enriched file. No credits consumed; no results exposed before payment.

Using API documentation

The API Documentation page covers single-record enrichment, credit charging rules, response codes, and normalization.

Checking usage and transactions

The Usage & Transactions page shows every call and every credit movement with timestamps.

Opening a support ticket

Head to Support Tickets, pick a category, describe the issue, and attach any related job or order ID.

Open a Support Ticket with category Refund Request. See the Refund Policy for what qualifies.

FAQ

Do credits expire?
Only if the admin configures an expiry policy. Default: no expiry.
Are my uploads private?
Yes — isolated per account. Admins never see your raw files.
What happens on a partial match?
You get the record with available fields filled and the rest as null (N/A in CSV/XLSX). You are charged only for the email (1 credit) or mobile number (4 credits) that was returned; all other fields are free.
